Floor Barre + Stretching
is a wonderful way to start the (dance) day. The floor exercises not only provide strength and get rid of back pains, they also give you a sense of correct posture. Throw in long lean muscles and deep relaxation and enjoy a MUST DO class for dancers.
Please bring your own mat or towel.
The 3rd semester is all about your technique. Universally there are certain movements that cause problems or seem difficult. Break the movement apart, get a clear explanation, put it back together and enjoy!! Learn how to know your body better, looking and feeling more effortless.
Rhythms Masmoudi Saghrir and Kabir
Feel the rhythm played in class by Master Drummer Khader Ahmad, get to know the rhythms and their typical movements and in which kind of music you will find and recognize them. This will also make it much easier for you to create and remember dances yourself.

Dance Notation “Memory made easy”
Instead of writing long sentences, never really understanding what you meant when writing learn an easy and fast way to prepare your classes and/or write down choreographies. By understanding the geometrie, using this notation will improve your memory and overall understanding.
