As freelancers, we are now available to give workshops. Our topics are:

Oriental Dance

builds body awareness by working on isolation, coordination and gracefulness. In workshops we focus on correct posture enabling you to execute even difficult movements. We offer many topics like explaining the history and muscular origin of movements as well as knowledge of improving your study results, understanding music, rhythms, various styles and more.

Whether a technique workshop or full choreography,  the use of props – there is a workshop for every taste and/or level.

Beata & Horacio also offer a 2-year program, an updated version of the internationally acclaimed CATT Certified Academic Teacher/Dancer Training (since 2008), now CADT-Certified Academic DANCER Training, starting new in Copenhagen/DK in 2025.

Floor Barre + Stretching

Floor Barre is ideal for dancers, athletes, injured or older participants. It is a mix of muscle-strength training and stretching exercises. By strengthening the torso and correcting the posture it helps to avoid and ease back pain and to execute movements in the everyday life as well as in dance in a correct way. The result is not only healthy but also develops strong leg and torso muscles and beautiful lines. It is the perfect start into a dance day as the first class of the day.

Ballet and Point Class

Perhaps you always wanted to dance or took classes as a child and have never forgotten the joy of the beautiful movements? Also as a grown up you can experience the feeling for gracefulness, elegance and freedom of movement. The class contains basic technique without a need for extreme flexibility but a sense of lines and coordination. Ballet enhances the feeling for structure, use of space and is a useful base for all dance styles.

Horacio us also happy to teach ballet on an advanced to professional level.

Yoga

Walt and Magana Baptiste of San Francisco developed this method in the 1960s as pioneers of yoga. Gentle postures, deep relaxation through breathing exercises as well as flexibilty and strength round up this tool to a better life. Feel younger, more relaxed and positive!
